Hmmmm I think Kelsey actually deserved to win.

She was so nice at the end and kept saying that it was alright since Sarah's mistake was an honest one.

That was much more professional and mature compared to Amanda.

But both are beautiful. Sarah too, I don't think I would know how to react if this kind of awkward situation occurs to me.

Teachers' Day Celebration!!

Peace be with you everyone,

TEACHERS' DAY CELEBRATION WAS AWESOME.

RGS one was kinda fail at the beginning but it got better though.

Class party was actually quite touching when we sang together for the teachers, then danced to all the songs. Ms Tay and Mr De Souza and Mrs Chan so cool they joined in to our dancing (:

Maans, Thiru, Sarah and Tracey performed Waka waka-epic!!

Went back to DLS, met a few friends, ate Nasi Ayam. (Yay it's still as awesome as before!!)

Then at 2pm more of them started coming.

We walked around the school, went library to wait for Ms Devi to come. Called and messaged her many times hahah.

When she finally came, Ms Devi suggested that we should leave our signatures behind on the walls cos it's gonna get demolished soon. Sad ):

Bianca suggested that we should write "Ms Devi told us to write on the walls". Heh :P

Went to find 许老师 after that, walked 2 or 3 times around the school just to find her.

Pei Yi, Bianca, Kai Qing and I even went back to our 6G classroom and we were like "Hey that's where I was sitting last time!" Took a few shots of the classroom as memory (:

Then got chased out of OUR classroom by some new teacher who said that "We are ex-Lasallians and have nothing to do with this already." Like totally, right.

I was there for 6 years and you have been in DLS for what, less that 3 years?

(just to digress Xiao Yun's class has been pasted with loads of boxing stuff HAHA.)

So we went out then found 许老师 downstairs, went to talk to her.

She remembered my sister's name and Kai Qing's brother's name but couldn't remember ours T.T

Needed a lot of hinting for all of our names heh.

And I just found out that 许老师's daughter is Carolyn Lim, who was the one who wrote 'Making Pink Lemonade'. Yes, the one who got struck by lightning and came to RGS to publicize her book.

Cool.

Then the 4 of us went to Mac's, wanted to go watch Step Up 3D with the other Gabriellites.

(aka Cheryl, Chloe, Jeffrey, Cheng Ying, Edwin, Joel Chua, Johnathan Goh, Matthew Lim. Sherwyn also came with us)

But since is quite ex, we went to HometeamNS at Bukit Batok to play Laser Quest.

Went there to find out that it was booked fully till 8pm, so went to the bowling alley upstairs.

Johnathan Goh and Chloe looked like the only two that can bowl properly haha.

Jeffrey and his weird curving ball style, Matthew Lim quite hopeless except for a few good times, Edwin and his problem with not getting his fingers stuck in those holes, Cheng Ying lousy at the start but got much better at the end. So ironic he was wearing his SJI Rugby shirt somemore.

And Joel whose bowling balls roll super slowly. It was so EPIC!! Haha.

(For the first time in my life I bowled, wasn't that good but at least I wasn't bottom 3 among them!!) I think i'm starting to like Joel. Quite a horrifying thought though.

Voyage De La Vie

Went to watch Voyage De La Vie yesterday night.

It was awesomeZ.

Like really, wow. Spectacular.

Quite good for Singapore standard.

Haha just kidding it was even better than the one I've seen in Genting.

The performers were really professional, especially a boy that was super flexible and always in a 'contorted' state haha.

And a gymnast who climbed a long piece of draping cloth and then swung down gracefully.

And many many others!!

The skaters, the musicians, the acrobats, all of them made the show great.

The first part was nice, when the audience were still streaming in.

Two performers were interacting with the audience, one who's like super enthu and kept saying 'hi' with the retarded smile and the other pretending to wipe the audience's head with a cloth.

LOL. They looked like a more hyper version of Mr Bean.

Of course, the finale was BOOMz as well.

All the performers just came out and performed it together.

The whole choreography was so good.

You could really see the effort they put in.

Very thrilling.

I think the music's quite good also since it's a Singapore Idol person who sang it.

The set was wonderfully done too.

The props looked so real!!

I got Class B tickets ($108).

Best catch?

I got it for free.

Muahahahahahah.

In fact, my whole family had free tickets!!

Cos my parents are both Resorts World Sentosa Platinum Card members so they had 2 free tickets each.

If you all want to go, my advice is don't buy tickets for the back seats.

The price may have quite a big difference but you may miss out on certain things.

But watch it and you won't regret it.

I bought a cap and a T-shirt and an umbrella!!

All for free (again)!

Haha my parents used points to redeem them.

Anyway anyone planning on going for the Taiwan Immersion trip? It's alr on inet btw and I don't think I am going. Because:

We need to stay back for extra lessons. Equals to less time on hw or comp or sleep, since my time management is super bad.
I am not very interested in Chinese art or calligraphy or Cheena history.
I am not so rich to afford $1700, although it seems quite worth it for a 3-weeks trip.
My mum is quite worried about me going for overseas school trips. That's why I didn't get to go for P6 China Immersion Programme ):
With all the pro Chinese students, I don't think I'll be able to get through the interviews or whatever tests. I don't really care though since I know my chinese isn't fantastic, and it's too troublesome. I guess I'm just too lazy and heck-carish. Oh wells.
It cuts into the Dec hols!! I don't want to spend my Dec hols alone in Taiwan. 3 weeks in Taiwan means 3 weeks of not going to Church and YLPC meetings. I simply can't bear to do that. And I'd rather use this time to spend with my family and friends.

I'm still not very sure but most likely I won't go. Taiwan seems like a beautiful place but I'd rather go for a nice holiday there then some educational trip xD I bet they won't give us shopping time!! Haha not that I want to shop but I think the food and clothes there are nice. But I have to see how, if teacher recommends maybe I'll give it a try. I shall just trust in the Father and do what He thinks is best for me.

I redid this post cos Blogger gave up on me when I was almost done T.T

Ugh.

Anyway, this post will be on world cup, World Cup and MORE WORLD CUP :D

Heh I think the WC Fever is getting into my head.

Okay I just wanna say a few things to clear up some misunderstandings my fellow onions have since Spain won Germany:

That header goal was NOT by luck. There is no such thing as luck. It was instincts, rather, that made Puyol head the ball into the goal. Or would you say it was God's will Spain won :)
This is subjective but PODOLSKI IS TOTALLY NOT HOT.What is he compared to David Beckham or David Villa? Just some insignificant thingo. I feel tempted to put up David Beckham and David Villa and Podolski's pics all side by side but I shall spare him the shame. (Now Onions i'm just voicing my opinions, so no offence!)
Not all Germany team players are hot, and not all Spain players are hot. Yep I'm being fair here. Villa (from Spain) is hot. Muller (from Ger) is quite cute, but not exactly hot.
Yes I admit that if Muller was playing, he could have changed the results. He's one good player. Klose under-performed, but it was actually due to Spain's defenders. Good job in marking Klose!!

Anyway, enough of that ranting. Just quite pissed with some people who made so much noise after their dear GER lost. =.=

Let's move on to the happier things!

I have picked out my top 3 fave soccer players in history!

1) Maradona (Argentina)

He'll always be remembered for leading the Argentinian Team to victory in the 1986 World Cup.

No one can deny how skillful he is in terms of soccer.

Esp the goal of the century where he dashed past 6 opponents to score a goal for his team.

Wow, just amazing.

Yes Maradona, you deserve to be raising up that trophy!!

And of course, not to mention his infamous 'hand of god'.

Apparently he punched the soccer ball into the goal, resulting in a win against England.

The blur referee didn't see it and he allowed that goal =.= Tsk.

But anyway, he's one of the best soccer players throughout history.

And the best for me.

I don't want him to resign from his position of Argentina Coach.

He gives the players motivation to do their best, and I think with more experience he'll be a much better coach.

Maradona I support you!! (:

2) Lionel Messi (Argentina)

By far he plays soccer more gracefully than any other soccer players.

Look at his passes. Accurate, fast and yet elegant.

Awesomez.

The way he manages to find a way out of the many opponents marking him and then try to make space for a goal isn't what a normal soccer player can do.

Whoever says he looks ugly is wrong man. ~~(SARAHTUNG!)~~

I think he's cute :P

Netherlands played superbly in the past few matches, they deserve to win!

But I think their standarad may be a little lower than Spain's/

and since most Germany supporters will support NED, I'll most likely support the Spaniards.

Heh I realise I like supporting the underdogs/team with less supporters.

More exciting this way, but mostly because I know how it feels like.

Both Spain and Netherlands have never been World Cup champions , so whichever team wins, I'll be happy for them. But what's most impt is that they try their very best for this last match.

Going to Sentosa with family tomoro for 3 days.

So I don't know if I'll be blogging then, but anyway this blog is like quite dead already.

The only thing that keeps me alive (in a way) is World Cup.

I havent done SIP so I'm gonna die.

And geog PT havent start also. Time management!! ):

Spain lost to Switzerland yesterday 1-0, pissed lah.

But today Argentina 4-1 South Korea.

The longest line game thinggy we could have won.

How many of you have said before,"I LOVE this bag/shoes/clothes etc"?

How many of you have said, "I LOVE my dog/Justin Bieber/Titanic guy/罗志祥/watever"?

Lemme ask you this: Where is the love? (heh Black Eyed Peas)

Yes, people.

It's sad that the word 'love' is overly abused, guess most of us just don't think twice when we use this word.

I think it's the most misused word in the English language.

Everyday in class, during CCA, or even on Facebook, it pisses me off when someone just uses this word in vain. It takes away all its value and meaning.

Like hello, do you even mean what you're saying?

I remembered Father Terence said before that if you love someone, you are willing to give up everything (even your life) for the person.

I guess only weird people would wanna die for their dogs o.o

And most people wouldnt be so stupid as to die for materialistic goods or their 'idols'.

(Please let me clarify smth: Jay Chou is NOT my idol. I just like his music.)

And if you say, "Love you guys" (I see that on Facebook quite often), make sure you mean it.

For example, if my friend says "I LOVE this song" then turns around and tells me, "I LOVE you, my friend", I'll be insulted.

Like, woah I'm as impt as that song?

You're willing to give up everything just for that song?

Sheesh, where's the original significance of this word?

Love is so powerful, it is able to change the world. We abuse this word and yet still complain of the lack of love in this 'meaningless world'. How ironic.

They say hate is a strong word, well, so is love.

And shuttle run like every other year, missed A by 0.1s. Sighs.

Sit ups did 47 YAY I BROKE MY OWN RECORD.

Inclines did 26 also better than other years :D

Anyway, inclines is so unfair.

The instructor person is way tooooooooo lenient.

Ppl do the 'body wave' thing still counted.

Then have some ppl so despo go do 16/17 'body waves' and then get A.

Like, wth?!

Need to mug for bio since I feel that that's my only way of pulling my pathetic science GPA up.

Totally pwned ORA yesterday.

RGSoftballers' Haunted Hotel ttm!!

We made about $1000++ Muahaha :D

Then rushed to SRCs to find out the TK wasn't coming D:

So the score was immediate 7-0.

We went to Mac's and I koped fries from Jasmine and Fang Ning heh.

I scored a run today but it was just a walk cos I think the pitcher became nervous/stressed that inning.

We won :D:D:D

But Nan Hua put their Sec 1s in (I think) so it wasn't a big deal lah.

Got C Div Girls 4th position YEAH~~

Didn't get top 3 like our seniors usually did but still should be happy.

Wasn't easy, all the training was worth it!!

For the first time in my life I got a medal :D

The feeling totally rocked.

But I think RI C Div got champs.

Not sure though, but don't care lah, they're pro k?

We watched them play and yeah they're good.

End of Nationals for us.

Let's pwn SRCs ppl, we can do it!!

If we play every match like how we did today, we'll surely get into semifinals at least.

Anyway.

MY BATTING TILL SUCKS.

sucks balls lah.

These 3 matches I keep getting striked out.

1st match 1st batter, now what?

If I dun get kicked out of batting lineup I very happy ler.

But but.

I'm quite happy with my fielding today.

Muaha I caught a fly ball!! :D

Which was super easy actually but yeah lah. I didn't drop it!!

Cos it came right to me, if I don't catch then die wat.

And two balls came to me, very good hits.

I didn't manage to catch them, but I rannnnnnnn.

As fast as I could.

The 2nd ball especially.

I thought another person would field it, so I was just thinking of covering in case she missed.

But she didn't go chase after the ball so I just ran like siao.

Till I thought I was going to fall, but I just ran and chased after the ball.

Then I fumbled for a few seconds (precious time!! D:)

Which caused batter to go to 3rd base.

Freakin.

But was quite pleased with my throw.

First throw was stupid, went over 2nd base's head.

Overall, today was a really good game.

I think everyone enjoyed it.

Except for my batting, I enjoyed the rest of the game.

OUTFIELDERS TTM.

Holy Spirit

Yesterday night, I think I experienced Him.

The Holy Spirit.

I really don't know whether it was a dream or what, cos I think I was half asleep half awake.

I just said, "Holy Spirit, come to me."

And suddenly this very bright flash of white light appeared.

I think I was closing my eyes then, I can't remember.

It's just light especially at the far end, then nearer was some black.

It was like a tunnel of white light.

Don't know how to explain.

And I started trembling.

Like, vibrating?

And my body went numb.

I didn't know what was happening, I became scared all of a sudden.

And I begged for Him to leave.

Yes I know I shouldn't have done that, but I was really frightened then kay?

And after a few moments I was back in my room.

There wasn't any more light, but my body was still numb.

especially my legs, they couldn't move for a few seconds.

And yes I was freaked out. Don't laugh.

I really don't know if I was dreaming, experienced the Holy Spirit or encountered death.

Yeah cos I just googled and a lot of people who had near-death experiences all said they saw a tunnel of white light.

Which creeps me put cos well, I don't wanna die so soon.

Though I am willing to if God asks me to do so.

Shit what's happening to me.

I will not allow myself to be like that.

I know that if I continue on like this, 2 friendships will be lost.

I already lost 1, not going to lose another 2.

So please stop. staring at me with those eyes.

You know if you continue with that I'll just break my the 7 years promise I made to myself.

Anyway.

Other things.

It's been about 1 or 2 weeks since I lasted posted.

I wasn't that busy lah, just trying to stay away from distractions.

(abstaining from Facebook is actually manageable!)

Yeah so Holy Thurs.

Went for Lenten Vigil after Seder Meal and EC.

I lasted throughout hahahaha. I'm so proud of myself.

Ok actually it's just bcos I didnt have school so I wasnt tired.

But yeah, Germaine and a few others fell asleep.

HAHA. (Germaine no offence kay! :D)

The 3 altar servers fell asleep. They were so funny cos they were trying not to doze off.

I think Lenten Vigil really helped me understand how Jesus Christ felt during His arrest.

People, if you think you have been humiliated before, think again.

JC was condemned to death by people He loved, yet He forgave us.

How great His love for us.

That part (the humiliation and physical pain activity) I could endure, for I knew what Jesus suffered was much worse than that.

But the next activity I really sucked, cos I really felt like a coward.

Not daring to speak up for the Lord. That shows how deep my faith is.

GAH.

Other parts though I think I was quite okay.

Then Good Friday.

I did not overcome my temptation to sleep.

I felt like such a loser.

History always repeats itself. I'm just like the apostles when JC was in Gethsemane.

But Easter Vigil (Saturday) came,

yeah~~~ :DD

You know during mass we are supposed to maintain silence and solemnity and all that right.

Then during the end of the EC the boys were walking just beside me towards the entrance.

They were like giving one another the sign of peace

and I was like "woah not bad huh I din't know the boys were like that".

Then once they reached the entrance, one of them (no names shall be mentioned to prevent embarrassment) said, "Hey you know, CHELSEA WON!!"

And another said, "REALLY?!"

and when he said yeah, the boys started groaning and were like "Noooooooooooo..."

HAHA it was EPIC.

I was like, okay, then walked away for them to talk more about their soccer -.-"

(Anyway, I'm happy Chelsea won. Man Utd without Rooney is justa bunch of losers. And the first goal by Chelsea was amazing. Go Blues!!)

And the makan after EC was quite awesome.

haha.

Anyway I really think I got touched by the Holy spirit.

I'm not sure, but when I was singing the "Lamb of God"that part I suddenly just cried.

Sometimes during that part I get very emotional, but never did I cry till like that.

The feeling after that was great, like, renewed.

and isn't that supposed to be what Easter is all about?

Easter Sunday.

After EC, went Jack's Place to eat.

Nothing much, just read up on the Chelsea VS Man Utd match. Heh.

Building up an interest for football.

but Yankees is still better LOL.

This coming Saturday: Easter Ball!!

Looking forward to it.

But first I have to get through English PT and Geog AA.

And not to mention softball match(es).

I haven't trained for a week.

Gah I feel like I've missed it for sooo long

Won Fajar, Lost MGS

Match against Fajar and Methodist Girls'.

Won Fajar, lost MGS.

I scored 1 run for Fajar match ~~only~~, that was free walk some more.

But at least I batted a ball :D:D

Seniors said it was a good hit but I don't think so.

I think it went quite high; I want to DRIVE IT DOWN.

Don't know if that hit brought someone home, I hope so!

But cos we got 7 runs already, I didnt get to come home the 2nd time ):

So wasted.

MGS one was quite suckish.

Got free run, the other time got striked out.

Then I missed a ball which 2nd base missed. =.=

Centerfield covered me and got the ball, threw to 2, overthrew.

So the runner ran to 3.

If not for that stupid mistake the runner would be kept at 1.

GAH.

Anyway, quite pleased with my performance today since at least I hit a ball.

It's not as easy as you think kays.

But my fielding must must buck up!

Tomoro there'd be another match, hope it'll be okay :)

Anyway.

HW still not completed.

AAs not done yet.

Revision haven't even started yet.

Footprints in the Sand

Footprints

One night I had a dream. I was walking along

the beach with the Lord, and across the skies flashed

scenes from my life. In each scene I noticed two sets

of footprints in the sand. On was mine, and one

was the Lord's.

When the last scene of my life appeared before

me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand, and

to my surprise I noticed that many times along the

path of my life there was only one set of footprints.

And I noticed that it was at the lowest and saddest

times in my life.

I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that

once I decided to follow you, you would walk with

me all the way. But I noticed that during the most

troublesome times in my life there is only one set of

footprints. I don't understand why you left my side

when I needed you most."

The Lord replied, "My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your time of Trial and suffering, where you see only one set of footprints, I was carrying you."

This poem inspired me a lot.

Made me realise that the Lord would always be with us, to guide us, to comfort us,

during times of distress and anxiety.

And yet we still doubt Him.

Why can't we just trust and rely on Him?

To do our best, and let the Lord handle the rest.

Argh.

Easier said then done.

I tried doing so (and am still trying), and it works for me. A lot.

That calmness and joy I feel in my heart no matter what happens,

the strong faith that everything is planned by God for our good.

Yes, that's the true joy I am seeking.

Or rather, everyone should be seeking for.

Except for when the shark ate one man's body and the man was like vomiting blood with half of his body protruding out of the shark's mouth.Very exciting whee.

My cousins went into the room cos they were scared heheheh.

Ok maybe it's because they're still young.

Anyways ALL of you should watch it, it's like the highest-grossing movie in 1975.

Sunday's catechism class was okay since we had the test :)

Managed to memorise Psalm 139 I'm so proud of myself.

Oh yeah Zhang Yi, Nicole, Navi and Hui Lin came to the field to watch for a few mins today.

They went to talk to me, then I didn't concentrate on the game.

And I didn't realise I was the next batter till very late.

So while I was rushing into the field (I was at the track there),

I tripped and fell down. Flat.

I could hear Nicole and the seniors laughing.

The seniors were like, 'relax lah!'

Yeah Saturday's Youth Eucharist was awesome.

And Sunday's cat class was eh... cool.

The good thing was that my nightmare didn't come true.

Saturday and Sunday were quite the opposite in fact. :D

The bad thing is that I now do not have time for hw during the weekends.

The only time I have is on Sunday evenings, and I will do till after midnight.

Monday=Sleepy day D;

Esp when I did F&N PT last minute yesterday, slept at 2am GAH.

This year's BYD not fun at all, cos nothing exciting happened.

But oh well.

A busy week

This week is gonna be a really busy week for me.

But still that doesnt stop me from blogging hahah.

Season coming up in, what, 2 weeks?!?!

Skipping RI training on Saturday to do math summary thinggy.

Sighs. I really need the training!!!

Then going straightaway for church till night.

On Sunday I'm going to church, then meeting for bio PT discussion then I'll be busy till evening.

That leaves me with super little time for hw and PLAY.

Weekdays are worse i'm busy everyday except Monday.

Very pathetic I know.

But I'm getting used to it.

My life now is like church, softball, school.

(Arranged from highest priority to lowest heh.)

The only reason I go to school now is cos I have to, and I wanna TRAIN!!

Oh yeah and I like the bus trip home too hahah (:

PTs!! GAH. Can't they just give us the whole year to do it man.

So unfair to people that have competition lah, whereas those muggers sure get high marks.

Too much of softball?

Okay I think my life now consists of too much softball.
Nah it's not wrong, and anyway season's coming up, so shouldn't I train as much as possible?
And I know I need to put in loads of effort if I want to not just be reserve.
I WANT TO BE CENTERFIELDDDDD.
Oh yeah shortstop is quite nice too.
I can field most balls there alright, but then on some of my 'bad days' I just cant field properly and then the ball will just go past me.
I don't think that helps being a shortstop -.-
Then I will dieeee. (Although there's a good left field who will stop the balls haha :D)

Centerfield is just right for me except for the fact that my throws are dang lousy.
It can't travel fast D:
And my accuracy is terrible DX
So I am hoping I can just catch all the fly balls and then pass the ball to the nearest base, who will then help me throw haha.
Fly balls, here I come!! Muahaha.

Go C Div, we willl win!!
If we can remember to shout for the ball, call out the play, throw more accurately, RUN for the ball, catch ALL the balls and bat properly.

We musn't disappoint Coach!!

ORA training yesterday was awesome, though I didn't get to do any hw that day.

Yeah so now chionging hw+ Facebooking+ BLOGGING. =.=

No managing of impulsivity haha I know.

Yeah the adults there were nice, and most of them very pro siah.

Look at the way the men throw and you will be like "Woah... "

Yeah and their fielding and batting also super duper cool lah.

Anyway after training went for bbq at one of the ORA person's house.

Yeah it was awesome too!!

GOT STEAK SOME MORE.

Yeah ate one piece, not so big one.

And I ate 8 satays and 2 buttered bread.

Yeah don't know why my appetite that day so big.

The satay was really good cos it wasn't hard like most satays.

Hang around till 9pm then went off so that I can go home do catechism hw :)

This is what I saw on a blog when I was blog-stalking just now:

Because we could add a bed, subtract our clothes, divide our legs and multiply!

And yes, I blog-stalk too.

I blog-stalk ppl I barely know.

Eg: softballers from other schools. Just wanna see if they said anything about RGS on their blogs. Haha. Found one Pei Cai person and a few New Townians. But mostly the blogs were dead. So sad.

Softball 16-0

Today bdiv seniors won New Town Sec 16-0.

Yeah it wasnt a really excititing game, but I liked New Town's Sec enthusiasm.

(Or what Ling Wei calls 'morale' or sth)

They were really alert (esp shortstop and center field), and were quite high throughout the game.

Coach said they lost all the games and wouldnt be going on to the next round, perhaps that's why they wanted to make the best out of this game.

They didnt win the match, but in my heart, they were the true winners.

There were three examples in the game that showed their excellent sportsmanship.

The first one was before one of the New Town batters started batting, she gave Jocelyn (the catcher, and also our bdiv capt) TWO high-fives.

Not one, ppl, but two.

She looks so nice :D

The second example really touched me.

It was the end of the game, and they knew they had lost.

That, however, didnt keep them from being enthu and all that.

It was Kelly's birthday (one of my sec 4 seniors), and we were singing 'Happy Birthday' to her.

Then when we finished, they too started singing the Happy birthday song to Kelly.

And they cheered really loudly for her. (:

Almost made me cry. (Yes I am very easily moved I know.)

The third example was when they were leaving the school.

I think if it's other schools they wouldnt bother to say bye to us or anything.

But yes, they DID.

And very cheerfully.

Knowing that they lost to us by 16 runs, that really showed their nice-ness. And sportsmanship.

Oh man such high morale.

They weren't actually a bad team, they showed quite a lot of potential.

Esp shortstop, her throws are really good :)

And the pitcher's quite consistent, although she could do with a bit more strength and speed.

And catcher you must really buck up.

No offence though but you're a really impt role in this game.

If you don't improve the team will really die D:

First base ah, learn to catch shortstop's balls.

And center field good running :D

Yeah to sum it all up, I enjoyed today's match. Made me learn a lot of things.

And if any New town softballers see this, I must say:

Great sportsmanship you guys have, don't give up in this game just cos you didnt win.

Try harder next time!! You all will go into the finals some day if you train hard!! :D

Start of cat class

Today was the first day of catechism class.

Our class is quite nice with Robert and Michael James and Justin inside cos they're the clowns haha.

And Elsa, this new girl I've never seen before, is quite nice too!! :D

She became class monitress O.O

Cos no one wanted to be so Fr. Terence had to pick.

Anyway today's cat class quite enjoyable since it's quite slack.

I am planning to do my best for cat class and not disappoint Fr T and myself again.

Best if I can change class in the middle of the year.

Prove to everyone that I can do it.

Oh yeah. ~ and I had the most awkward eye contact today.

But I kinda liked his "I want to eat you up" expression. :D

I was giving him the "Don't say anything" expression haha :P

Today shall just be a random post of a whole bunch of unrelated stuff :D

Anyway, I overheard this yesterday while I was having softball training:

Sec 1 girl passes by and sees the pitcher pitching. Asks her friend beside her,

"Is this softball?"

Her friend replies,

"I'm not sure but the balls look hard."

LOL. So cute right? hahahaha. Wonder how the Sec 1 softballers will turn out this year.

Next's week the selection trials, too bad Sec 4s are in-charge of it. DX

And another one, from a random RGS girl.

"When I was in the toilet washing my hands, a Sec 1 asked me, "Excuse me, how many times must I fold this (the sleeves of the blouse)?' So I told her, 'Erm... two?'"

LOL. So cuteeeee.

Just as I was planning to write to my mortal, Pauline told me some bad news!!

That Isabel (me mortal) is in Hawaii and isn't coming back for the next 3 years!!!!

Today's Sec 4 Softball Farewell Dinner was AWESOME!

We went to some super high-class japanese restaurant and treated our last-year-sec-4s!!

Which are now obviously JC 1s lah.

Yeah this is how nice we are to them :D:D

But the pathetic thing is that only 3 sec 2s came. By sec 2s I am referring to OUR batch.

Yeah but nvm. -.-

Sec 2s to JC1s that attended: About 40 people!!

Yeah most people took 3 plates of sushi, so you can imagine how tall the sushi plates were when we stacked them up together >.<

Someone even took a picture of it.

The Sec 4s seem to be loaded, they ate so many plates of sushi and could still finish the main course and drinks. Think theirs cost quite a bomb.

佩服佩服。

In the end, each of us paid $2.60 for the JC 1s.

Not a lot, in fact very worth it cos we had a 15% discount on the total bill. Yay (:

The seniors were like, busy counting money haha.

And it was really enjoyable cos the Sec 3s kept telling us about their teachers and talked bad (and good things too!) about our new teachers.

They're really a friendly batch :D

Only about 5 people dressed according to the theme HAHA.

Guess what's the theme?

It was: JAPANESE.

I was like, wth, I don't have any suitable clothes. So just went with hoodies and jeans.

It's my trademark people, don't copy me. :D

2 of them dressed as Jap schoolgirls and they looked really like them, two wore jap-related dresses, and the other one naturally looked like one. Haha and she tied her hair the jap schoolgirl way.

A lot came in school uniform HAHA.

Anyway, the last part was really sweet cos we started exchanging presents/letters to the batches. Then we took loads of photos XP

After that I went with sec 3s to shop around for ice-cream, then used MRT with my mom to come home.

Reached home at about 9.15pm.

Dead beat but still taking the time to blog :P

Happy cos Xmas is kind of like renewal of your Christian faith, and sad cos X'mas is OVERRRRR.

Means: start of school term-->Mugging mugging mugging--> No time to come online--> No time to talk to people on MSN/Facebook-->DIE OF STRESS. D:D:

NYE Party :)

Happy New year to everyone out there!!
Hope that this year will be a more meaningful and happy one!!

St. Anthony's NYE party= SUCCESS.

The atmosphere was just too awesome.

Decor was cool, especially the kids' room.

And during the countdown, when the balloons were released and the cloth came down revealing the words "Happy New Year 2010", I felt that all the hardwork we put in was worth it.

Oh my this is the BEST party I've been to. (Ok that's bcos this is the first NYE party I've gone to)

Johnny, the guy who's in-charge of decor, worked darn hard man.

Lights and music by Sham the deejay was totally splendid!! :D

Love the songs, esp "It's my Life" by Bon Jovi.

I was totally jumping to the music!!!!

Let's talk more about the party :D:D:D:D:D

Haha I wore nice clothes (:

Germaine, Chloe, Sonia and I were actually planning to meet up early and sit together, but I was a little late so I sat with my family and cousin and aunt :)

In front of me was Anastashia, and from my seat I got quite a good view of, well, people. :D

Okay Homily was emo. I think it made a lot of people, including myself, feel guilty.

Don't ask me why.

Halfway through Mass i noticed Gregory, whom I think noticed someone who kept staring at him later on. haha quite sweet (:

Then during Holy Communion, Chloe and Germaine, who were sitting in front, saw me and started laughing at my clothes.

Cos they've never seen me in a dress before.

I wonder why they weren't praying at that time ==

So.

After Mass, when I was walking towards the auditorium, I was just beside him.

Didnt know if he noticed me, I was hoping he'd come down into the Audi with the rest of the ppl.

He didnt. So I went first.

I went to the Audi, wished people Happy New Year, then went toilet.

After that, when I was walking back to the Auditorium, guess who I saw? (:

He saw me, I waved hello to him, and he very coolly mouthed out the words "Peace be with you".

Awwwwwww.

Anyway, opening song wasnt too good, cos the mic had some problem D:

The Emcee handled it very well (:

Then came Sean and gang's performance, totally cool man!!

He and Joseph wore those pink heart-shaped sunglasses, made them look so gay haha.

Their dance was gooooooddd :D

After that a 10-year-old boy sang an inspirational song.

I was like getting Germaine and people to sway to the music, and failing badly haha.

Then when the performance ended guess who was standing behind me all along.

I think it was quite embarrassing yet amusing >.<||

Then we went to the ballroom dancing hall.

Very little ppl in there.

We kept transferring from the Audi to the dancehall.

Then came ______. I was the first one he saw when he opened the door I think. :)

I danced with Father T for Jive, and the rest danced with Chloe and Germaine. Lol.

I think those boys who didnt attend dance classes were shocked to see two girls dancing together.

Then they started trying to last-minute learn the steps. -.-

-There's a big white space below cos those words aren't meant for you all to read. Yeah.-

And guess what, I have a feeling that Anastashia asked Gregory if he likes me, and now Gregory thinks I like him. Yeah, that's not untrue, but I was planning to keep that a secret. They all think that Gregory likes me, when well, the main secret is with me. Nobody's supposed to know that, but i think he told some boys including Joshua. I wont be able to survive if that's the case. I fear that he may now distance himself away from me, and we can't even be friends. Then no one will be there to wish me a good "Peace be with you" anymore :(

Anyway, transferred to the Audi cos the dancehall was too boring after some time.

Atmosphere in the Audi rocked to the core.

We were like dancing and singing and screaming and jumping at the same time.

God knows how many times Gregory and Joshua exchanged eye contact with me :)

At about 1am, people started leaving :(

Then at about 2am it was a little more empty ):

I remember ______ asking Germaine and I if we wanted to drink from the seven-up bottle they were passing around Lol.

My parents brought my cousin and aunt and sister home, then asked me to call them when I feel like coming home so they can bring me back.

I called at 3.45am HAHAHAA.

At that time only about less than 100 people left.

I was helping out with removal of decor (Awwwwww such a pity).

Then started dancing again.

I danced with Geraldine Lai cos she was feeling bored, then danced with Jeremy for waltz.

He kind of freaked me out with his dance moves before that cos he looked hypnotized O.o

Then during the waltz he regained his composure haha :D

Anyway, after eating, I reached home at around 4.30, bathed then slept at 5am.

I woke up at 1pm FYI :P

I love you guys who made the party the very best.

I will die when school reopens.

I'm still stuck at Act 2 Scene4, and I havent really done anything else.

Anyway I'd only have time to study next year, cos these few days surely no time one.

With NYE and Christmas Dance party and Church activities, I'm dang busy.

And I'm enjoying it.

But when school starts I know I will get church-sick.

And Sean-sick and Gregory-sick and Joshua-sick and boys-sick.

Yeah that's how terrible I am.

Anyway, I am looking forward to tomorrow.

Oh right tomoro is the day when the results of who's gonna go to Confirmation 2 come out.

Hope I can make it.

Pray for me.

I am determined to go to church earlier so that I can get a good seat.

Nobody knows why and I take pride in that ;-)

Christmas dance party is on the 28th!!
I am going to skip CCAO setup for this.

This is much more important anyway, I can just go for CCAO on the 29th.

I will be wearing my first-ever pair of heels (!!)

They are the chioest shoes you have ever seen lorh.

They cost $40 over dollers.

Not that expensive, VERY WORTH IT for the design and very comfy.

Everyone, envy me.

(btw I kinda wasted $20 on a pair of flats, but it's nice anyway)

The St. Thomas aquinas Room Dream :D

Today quite a lot of things I want to blog about.

So let's start last night (:

I had an awesome dream last night :D

I can remember quite clearly it took place in St. Thomas Aquinas Room, which is in St. Anthony's Church fyi.

Apparently mass or sth just ended, and I was kind of rushing for softball or sth.

So when I was finding my way out of the many chairs from my row, _______ took a soft toy from a soft toy rack (I have no idea why there's a soft toy rack there but oh well) and then tossed it to me very coolly. "For you."

Awwwwwww. XD

I think the soft toy was a tiger or a turtle... I can't really remember.

If it's orange it would be tiger, if it's green it would be a turtle. LOL.

I was kind of blur (as always) and asked _______ what it was for.

And then _______ told me something but I couldnt hear very clearly cos _______ was talking very softly. I could only make out the word "Christmas" haha (:

So I shook my head very forcefully to show that I couldnt accept it.

I said, "My mother will scold me."

LOL.

Actually my mom won't lah, she'd just be very surprised if I came home with that soft toy :/

Then after that the dream became very weird, cos if I remember correctly I was in RGS/RI and in the toilet.

Apparently I wanted to change into my softball clothes, but then I think I forgotten to do so.

Then for some reason I was in the computer lab and wanting to log on to FACEBOOK (wth?!), but then I suddenly remembered I had training and I had forgotten to change into softball outfit.

So in the end I think I still went back to the toilet once more.

HAHAH.

It's like a very complicated/confusing/amusing dream.

But it's a cool one. ;-)

Ok anyway.

This morning had RI training!!! Whooo~~

I think it's the funnest RI training I've ever had haha :D
Although only 1 Sec 1 softballer came for training today, and that person is ME (obviously right)

(See I'm so hardworking!!!) 4 Sec 2s came fyi.

So the Sec 2s and I batted and fielded with Yue Zhen and another 2 girls whom I think are either JC or Uni students.

Oh man their balls were awesome to field cos they make you run a lot haha :)

Compared to the Sec 2s I caught very little balls, but that's okay since I tried my best.

Well, kind of.

I could have done better, but I thought today I did quite well.

Anyway, I am waiting for someone to come online now.

Dead blog revived finally

Hey.

This dead blog is finally revived.

Well cos I'm in a mood to talk now :D

Okay so today we went shopping.

Yesterday was kind of just random window-shopping around to see if have any nice clothes for the NYE party.

Today is different, cos well, its REAL SHOPPING.

Meaning buy all the stuff and spending money.

LOADS of money.

St Anthony's NYE party this year gonna be so special, cos I'm in the deco team!! :D:D

So honoured to be in some committee (:

So I have to abide by the dress code very strictly.

For mass we have to wear formal dressing, meaning not even jeans (!!)

And for the party afterwards we have to wear Retro/70s.

I chose retro cos its easier lah.

And well, I figured it would suited me better ;-)

Okay anyway, back to the topic.

Guess how much we spent for shopping?

It costed a bomb.

My sister and I dang shocked when we saw the bill.

Clue: Ranging from $600 to $900.

Ex right?

This is what you get when you have a mother who thinks nothing of spending $500 over for 3 pieces of her own 'branded' tee.

Some more today is private sale in Isetan lorh, which means only for members.

Everything 50% discount.

Means today we could have spent more than $1500 if not for the sale.

My sister and I total only $300 over, and we bought quite a lot of clothes.

My mom?

3 t-shirts!!!! Some more the design is quite simple.

Is super unreasonable lah, but I don't think my mom didnt really care.

weird how adults sometimes think.

And the worst thing is my sis and I havent even bought our shoes.

By the time we finished ALL our shopping, we would have spent over $1000 I think.

Cos my mom bought her shoes already, and I think they're worth a fortune.

For me my budget is less than $50 for shoes.

See I'm such a good girl, NOT LIKE MY MOM.

She spend money as if is like toilet paper or sth.

ugh.

I'm so looking forward to NYE party.

I will be the ruler during ballroom dancing MUAHA.

Oh btw Fr Terence said 'Emily, good,' when I was dancing Jive :D

Not the latin american jive we learnt in RGS (that is the lame one),

but a much much much cooler jive.

So I will totally rock the dance floor.

I just can't understand you all.

What's with the 'I can't wait for school to start'?

My gosh I only started on R&J a few days ago, still at Act 1 >.<

And I haven't bought any of the other books yet.

They were sooo long, even I myself didn't want to waste my time reading through them.

Anyway today didnt really do much.

These days I'm really busy in church, and I must say I enjoy it!!

So today just attended 8am mass, then discussed about the deco for the New Year's Eve party while Matthew 2 were in the Auditorium sorting out the used textbooks for tomorow's mass textbook exchange.

So anyway, while Germaine, Bibiana, Sonia and I were like discussing, there was a familiar voice behind us.

"Hello..."

We turn around. See cute boy smiling and waving his hands at us (He's from Matt 2 fyi).

Sudden silence lol :D

So I was like trying to make the atmosphere not so 冷 by trying to wave back.

HAHA tried but quite unsuccessful since he just stared at us and smiled.

Then he went back into the room and we continued discussing.

Yeah I know very weird >.<

Cute boy's a dear boy, sometimes 'emo' yet sometimes over-friendly (esp to girls LOL).

I'm gonna write more about camp now.

MUAHAHA.

Okay so start with the more general things.

Tribe race:

Ithack *click* deinpana *click* shi

That was what Fr Terence told us on the 1st day of camp.

Then on the last day just before we went off, he told us that the true meaning of that word was:

Itchy Backside Pain Pain Wanna Shit!!

Geddit?? LOL!!

Yeah Fr Terence used this to explain to us that during the beginning of the camp, our understanding of God the Father will be like the above one, but after that it should be like the bottom one (a deeper level of understanding lah)

Coolest name ever :D

Will never forget it!!

Key things I learnt there:

1) BOYS ARE AWESOME. Lol jkjk only lah, that was so random >.<

But studying in RGS really makes some ppl boy-crazy hahah :D

Let's start over again:

The ruler of my life is God the Almighty Father, and will always be.
Knowing is one step. It will lead you to living, and then you should be open to God to experience Him. Experience is a new level of knowing, which is what the Father wants us to have (:

Our greatest desire should be to go to heaven.
The mass consists of 2 parts:

Liturgy of the Word -->1st reading to intercessory prayers
Liturgy if the Eucharist -->Offertory to doxology

The Liturgy of the Eucharist consist of 4 parts:

Taking the bread
Blessing the bread
Breaking the bread
Giving the bread (to the ppl)

During mass, we are both children of God and servants to one another, thus we should humble ourselves just as Christ did. (Philippians 2:6ff)
Every act has a consequence.
There is no such thing as luck in this world. So instead of saying 'good luck', we should say,"May the piece of the Lord be with you.". Instead of saying we were lucky/fortunate, we should say that we are "blessed".
Following trends and fashion is a silly thing to do, because we are just trying to be like everyone else, when God chose to make each and everyone of us special. Anyway, how does a trend/fashion help to make us a better person?
Best friends should give each other freedom and not stick together always.
Live your life to the fullest, try out different activities to make it more interesting!!

Now I'm gonna show you all what I wrote (though I doubt you'll even read this).

Christine- Cheerful and bubbly, the one that keeps the tribe happy (:

Geraldine- A good friend, one I can confide in

Michelle- Responsible, good at face-painting

Gregory- Creative, best in cheering

Dave- Serious yet witty

Kieran- Humorous, good at creating remedies (LOL?!)

Michael- Enthusiastic, caring and helpful (Esp. when it comes to finishing up our ~~unwanted~~ food!!)

Titus- Quite quiet,but when he talks you will notice that he's actually quite nice and not like those sort of acting cool boys. And I must say his dimples ~~make him look~~ are quite cute! :)

Oh yeah and our tribe facil:

Victor-The most quiet one among the facils, but the coolest one HAHA. Thanks for being so patient with our group!! :D

I will never forget Confirmation 1 Camp 'o9!!

Confirmation 1 Camp, 21-23 Nov

Confirmation 1 camp is the best camp I've been to ever, even better than P6 grad camp.

You will see why in the next few paragraphs (:

I bet most, or even, ALL of you have never done the things we did in camp before.

Eh-heh I must be crazy writing all these stuff here, but nvm :D

(All the things I tell you in the following paragraphs are my own TRUE experiences during the camp.)

1st Day-21 Nov 2009

It was AWESOME. First Father Terence just randomly grouped us into 6 groups. Frankly speaking, I wasn't too pleased with my group, but then afterwards I realized that I was actually damn blessed to be in that group. Fr Terence said each group was a different tribe from South America, so we called our group !XOBile, which is pronounced as "click with your tongue-Be-Leyy!"

But the facilitators couldnt pronounce our tribe name so they just called us "Sho-Bee-Leyy". Haha.Then we had to design our flag, which we kinda screwed up, and we had to come up with put own tribal language. We called ours the "Fi"language, basically because we just added 'Fi' behind every word we spoke. HAHA. But better than the other groups kay, cos they didnt even come up with their own language.

Then came the cheers, which we kinda ruled, just that if it was like one sentence longer it would have been better. Heh Robert liked to call our cheer the "OOMFI" cheer cos that was the first word in our cheer, which also has to be in tribal language FYI.

Then the exciting part came... WE HAD TO DO FACE-PAINTING FOR OUR OWN GROUP MEMBERS!!!

This was so that we could have a common identity. Oh my ours was dang awesoe. Titus was our masterpiece eh-heh. ~~Oh btw he looked quite cute in face-paint and without glasses (:~~ We had all sorts of colours on our faces (green, blue, red, yellow, white, black), and I have to say we looked pretty cool. One of the groups was sooo plain, only have green for one side of the face and blue for the other side. Ah-hah :D

So we totally rocked on the first day, maybe except for the part when we were the first group to lose our flag? ;-D

2nd Day-22 Nov 2009

THE BEST DAY EVER for me. as in, really. It totally made this year worth living. I truly believe that God blessed me so much on that day. Praise be to the Lord our God, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia.

Sadly, I cant remember what had happened that morning, although I think it's the tribal challenge war or sth LOL.

Now comes the most important part of the camp...

Drum rolls please!!

Fr Terence and the facils actually taught us AMERICAN JIVE!!!

It's a bit different from the RGS-type-of-Jive, cos the one the facils taught us was slow and ballroom dancing-like.

Okay boys had to dance with girls, and I admit that that's the part I like most ;-)

We weren't standing in our tribes then, just in random positions-Girls one line, boys one line. At first Fr Terence said the boys could go pick the girls to dance, and when the boys didn't move, he said the girls could go choose the boys. HAHA. But no one moved again, so Fr Terence juz assigned us in order, like the 1st boy in the line go with the 1st girl in the line.

I was the 4th so I obviously had to go to the 4th boy.

(Actually I would have been contented with the 3rd boy, whom I think is super cute haha, or the 5th boy, sho is quite cool heh.)

But I was also kinda wishing I got ______, and Hey Presto, I got him!

Muahaha I sound like a magician.

You'd be surprised if I told you the reason why.

It's my secret-one that close friends don't even know. (:

So anyway we (or at leat I) were like, damn nervous. Hey it's my first time dancing with a boy how can I not feel nervous?! I wasn't used to dancing the female part cos I danced the male part in RGS; I didn't even know where to put my arm heheh.

We were quiet during the first round, like kind-of totally no conversation haha. ~~Michael and Gabriel (the twins from DLS) made it worse by asking ______ not to be so stiff LOL.~~ Both of us lost track of the counts and we were like dancing differently from the others. And I was like, 'Oh no', and kept trying to keep up with other people. And guess what he told me.

"Never mind, we are dancing correctly." (Or smth like that cos I can't really rmb) and I was like 'What', but I don't think he really cared heh. And I kept on using the wrong leg OUT OF HABIT but he either didnt notice it or didnt want to laugh in my face. =.=

Then when we started to be more focused, it was actually romantic. Trust me, I felt like it was 王子与灰姑娘 aka the prince and Cinderella. Like no one was talking so it was only the music and dancing. (His hands were BIG) But I was go nervous, my hands kept sweating, so after each round of dance we will be like wiping off our sweat on our pants. And as far as I noticed, we were the only pair doing that O.o

Then it was break for us so that the other ppl could have their turn to practice. I was sitting in between ______ and the cute 3rd guy which I mentioned about just now :D *Jealous huh? ;-)*

And then ______ asked me whether I've danced before, and I juz told him I learned the male part before in RGS. It was quite, in fact, VERY, awkward cos I think i only spoke 2 sentences, and then cute guy started smiling and kind-of smacked ______ on the knee. And then both started smiling. I don't know why >.<>accidentally stepped on my toes. Then both of them started cracking up (again) and cute boy went to tickle the boy's ankle. It was quite weird yet humorous :D

And then when it was other people's turn to practice, Fr Terence actually asked us and the 3rd pair (the one with the cute boy who is actually awesome at jive) to dance with them. and i was like 'What?!' plus 'Oh yay!' together heh-heh. That kind of feeling is hard to describe LOL.

By that time I was super duper nervous and shaking/trembling. I don't know why. And guess what. I think he felt it too, because in the middle of the dance he suddenly asked me, "Are you shivering?" So I said yes and we continued. It was damn weird I know, but romantic. Let me emphasize again. ROMANTIC. lol.

Then we had to go back to our tribes and choose the 2 best pairs per tribe for an inter-tribe dance contest. Of course, i got chosen. HAHA. Okay to be more humble, i wasn't that good, but still, I got chosen. LOL. I actually didn't want to dance with Gregory cos he was (too) tall, and well, kind of stone. But the other girl wanted to dance with Michael cos Michael is dang good at jive too, so I had to go with Greg, who is the tribe joker HAHA. We thought we would get kicked out the first round cos we didnt do any spin or fancy things, but surprisingly, we made it into the 2nd round, but Michael and his partner didn't. How ironic.

And then, very very amusingly, we made it into the finals, with another 2 teams. At first we thought the judges were making fun f us, but we just continued lah. The judges said that for the final round we must do smth besides dancing, like spinning or sth fanciful. (I was actually hoping to do a chicken dance HAHA.) but Greg didnt seem to care, so he well, just spinned me? For 2 times some more, and both times I think I spinned in the wrong direction. Until now I'm not sure haha. Btw, it was very, very UNromantic.

And then, when the results came out...

We came in 2nd!!

Lol I thought we would get 3rd cos it was very weird, but the judges said, "Both of you were very compatible and comfortable in terms of your pace." (or smth like that) And I was like wth =.=

It was super embarrassing, but at least we managed to win a lot more points that pulled pur group up (:

(Oh btw the pair who won first was Michael's twin, Gabriel. lol.)

and Fr Terence could dance really well. I didn't know priests could dance!! ;-)

Then at night we had our mass. ANOTHER IMPT PART HERE. Before the opening prayer, Fr Terence asked us to give one another a sign of peace. So like everyone else, I went around hugging my friends and shaking the boys' hands. Than at the end, I saw cute boy walking nearby and hugging one of his friends. Suddenly he just walked up to me and asked me for a hug LOL. I was quite shocked yet amused by his comical expression. He was like trying to see whether I wanted to hug him, so he juz stood in front of me waving his arms in the air. (Okay this isn't very accurate description, but that's the closest I can get.)

But that's not the point. This is the thing I like about Catholics; you love and treat one another as brothers and sisters of Christ. A hug is nothing more than an action to show care and concern to others, not anything else. but the main reason I am happy was because we hardly knew each other. In fact, this camp was the first time we sort-of communicated with each other, Yeah anyway I was quite stunned so I just said "Peace" instead of "Peace be with you." :D

3rd Day-23 Nov 2009

Nothing exciting really happened lah, haha.

Just that we face-painted one of our group members into smth that looked like a sad killer clown, and she had to pretend that she was dead. We also face-painted one another (again) but this time the design was quite simple. Greg was like drawing some Avatar thiggy on my face and arms cos he said the interpreter (me) had to have symbols all over. Which I can't say I really agree with. But nonetheless, it was quite fun :D

In case you are wondering why one of us had to act dead, here is the whole story:

At the beginning of the camp, Fr Terence told us that we were vegetarians, but then we ate meat during the camp. We did 'remedies' on the 2nd day using loads of disgusting things (like water from the toilet bowl and a dead spider. We even put a rose on top as decoration!). Then the tribes had to exchange remedies and apply them on different parts of the body. Ours was not as bad cos we only needed to apply them on our arms, and the remedy was not as awful. (But some tribes had to apply super eeeky remedy on their heads. EEEWWW) However, some ppl were not cured by the remedies, and they died.

Then, we had to do a short play on how the tribe member died. I totally screwed up as an interpreter. UGH.

I liked the part when we were going back to church. Quite cool, if you ask me. Cos I was looking out of the window of my bus when it was turning out of the campsite and then ______ was also doing so on the other bus. Yeah :D Then after that when we reached Saint Anthony's he looked at me while he was unloading stuff from his bus with cute boy. Then later he sat at the table behind me. Then when we were dismissed i saw his mom, whom my mum is friends with. i think his mom was looking at my face in amusement, because of the smudged face-painting LOL.

Yeap that's quite a lot of things for a 3 Days 2 Nights camp.

It TOTALLY r-u-l-e-d.

Thank you Lord for making me so blessed.

This camp kinda changed my perspective on life.

Friday's Arts Fest was kinda okay, if not, quite fun for me.
Juz that most of the onions didnt make an effort to try and dress up as a rockstar.
I thought our class was the enthu type, then how come dont bother one.
Mine didnt quite look like a rockstar, but at least I tried kays.
I thought I looked more like some more modern paparazzi or journalist HEH.
Anyway my belt was quite rocky (haha is there this word?)
And the cap, which is my sis's, looks okay too, juz that it wasnt rock enough ):

I failed the test.

But it wasnt too bad actually,
cos almost the whole class failed!
I think less than 5 ppl in my class actually passed the test.

Oh my this blog is dying.

I'm really super busy these days can, with softball and lectors meetings and loads of other stuff.
And I'm supposed to be finding answers for my test NOW so that I wont fail.
Well, if I get retained in Sec 1 I'd die of embarrassment, but really,
I dont think I am qualified for Sec 2.
But anyway juz hopw Fr Terence can be lenient on me.
Whatever.

Anyway, I have nothing else to write.
My throwing sucks like hell.
I need to remember to FLICK FORWARD.
Not to the side, not pushing the ball, and must lift my elbow HIGHER.
Although my catching and fielding is okay.
Meaning average only.
But better than being the worst of the whole lot.

Well anyway I'm quite satisfied with my batting.
Warm-up batting was kinda awful, but after that it was quite good.
For a Sec 1.
And the Sec 1 RI softballers kind of made me feel so inferior.
They were dang awesome man.
Well anyway bye for now.

I am gonna finish memorising 本草纲目' s lyrics (!!!!)
Except for the fastest and most difficult part which I cant get.

Hahaha Sarah was also very cute. She told me she was freaked out by the ending. U know the part the school was gonna get destroyed by the big ball thinggy? Yeah I can kinda expect that since it was her first time watching Secret.

I was neither sad nor freaked out (LOL). Cos that was my, I dunno, 7th time watching it? I only know that the advertisements were dang pissing -.- Like so anti-climax.

I hope the homework he gave us is due next week instead of tomorrow.
Cos I havent even started.
And I've got to finish revising for the test.
Which he didnt say whether it's this week or next.
And I also havent started on it yet.
How good is that.

-Treasurer matters.
I've got to chase 4 people for money for class shirt.
And they're the same old people again.
Seriously, I'm tired of doing this so many times.
Cant they just co-operate?
It will make my life so much easier u know.
Stop making life so hard for me.

-Memorising Beat It lyrics.
Dont u know how hard it is? As in the lyrics.
Four different verses with lyrics that all sound the same to me.
And how many times of chorus that keeps on repeating itself.
And I don't even know if I am one of the singers in there.
One part of me says yes of course I'd like to be in there enjoying myself.
The other says wtf Emily pls wake up, you can neither sing nor dance well, so STOP dreaming.

-Facebook matters.
Pet Society.
Tomoro is Halloween.
Halloween is supposed to be the most-celebrated festival in PS.
And I havent really bought anything for my pet.
This seem so pathetic.
I really feel so sorry to Mojo for neglecting him.

-Blog matters.
I have not posted in the JC Fans Blog for more than a month and its making me stressed up.
How I wish they will just remove the rule that all bloggers should blog at least once a month.
I need to get done with the mindmap I have not finished making.
Once I'm done with it I shall post it up.

And my new blogskin is currently still being edited.
It's so tough to make it exactly how I want it to be.
I know its gonna take ages before I will be satisfied with it.

-Reading matters.
I must remember to return all the library books.
I dun wanna pay fines again.
And all my Jodi Picoult books haven finish reading yet.
I've got to finish them before asking my mama to buy The Lost Symbol (by Dan Brown).

-Softball matters.
My throwing standard dropped athough my fielding improved.
I cant seem to flick the ball properly.
I should flick more and not push the ball, aim at the person's chest and have the correct point of release.
I have to remember to keep my glove open while catching the ball.
I must not get up while batting and pivot more.
So many things to take note of, but practice makes perfect so I am not that worried about it.

-Shopping matters.
The date to Miss Raaha's wedding is coming nearer and nearer.
So is New Year's Eve.
I need a formal dress to wear on these 2 occasions.
And I really have no idea what to wear.
An ideal dress should be black in colour and covering my knees, but not as long as reaching my ankles.
And there should be some white patterns to match the dress code for the new Year's Eve Party.

I know a shop in Lot One that sells cheap yet appropriate stuff for wedding prezzies.
I went today, dropped a lot of hints for my mama.
But I think she either didnt get it or didnt want to buy them for me.
So guess I have to wait till much later to be able to buy the dress and present.

I really hate life.
Hate as in really hate.
This is so stressful.
Exams are over, yes, but I'm busier than ever.

I can only indulge in sports and reading and eating these days.
Wonder what's wrong with me.
I know I should be thanking God for all the wonderful things he has done for me.
But I dont know what I should be grateful for.
The lack of sleep?
This oh-so-sad life?
Or having all those painful memories of the past whenever I log into MSN.

These days, softball is the only thing I look forward to.
Although my throwing really suck.
I dont know why.
My batting is good but not good enough.
And I am scared when catching balls.
Especiall fast ones.
Fielding is okay when it is my batchmates balls,
but not when the seniors bat.
Coach praises me for improving so much and having the correct attitude,
but I dont think I am good enough.
I want to be in the school team next year.
Then only will I have the sense of achievement.
I know I cant do well in my studies.
Juz hoping that I will do well in CCA.

And I hope that I dont get retained in Sec 1 for cat class.
Fr Terence doesnt seem to have a good impression of me.
Well at least i passed the freakin test he gave us,
which was all memory work.
and I handed in the hols hw he gave us.
And I am so committed to my ministry attchment.
Juz that I always come in just in time or if not, late.
And I dun participate in class.
Mainly cos I dun feel like talking, although I know the answer.
If not you'll just think I a stuck-up person.
Whatever.

Sighs I hope everything will just be better.
Seriously I've got to look at things from the bright side.
